Hi mates and teacher: I wish you are having a great week.

Today finally is the last post that I write, so let's begin with it.

I want to talk about my Summer plans. my summer holiday will be all februray, so the first travel that I'll do is a little trip to Torres del Paine for three days. that will be an interesting travel because I love the south (as you know, I'm from temuco/Villarrica). After that travel I'm planning to go to Villarrica and see my parents. I have to say that in Villarrica we have a lot of beaches so I can swim, go to some trekking, use my dad's Bike and to see my childhood friends in Temuco (1 hour from Villarrica).

I'm planning to bike trough the "zona lacustre" this summer, and the goals are Lican Ray, Pucón, Coñaripe, among other close to villarrica, not more than 40 kms. As you can read, there are a lot of interesting places to meet close to my paren'ts house , So I think is the moment to meet all of them.

besides, I have to practice guitar a lot, because at the end of the 2020 I have to pass my university degree. So I can't be without practice at all. I'm thinking to have a relaxed/scholar summer, maybe some german classes will be included into my plans on february. I hope you have a great summer with a lot of stories, many friends and full of happiness

POST 4

Hello guys ! I hope all of you are having a really great summer time.

today I'm going to talk about something that is special for this time; My favorite serie.

here we go:

the favorite serie that I ever seen is The Flash

this is a really good serie, that I watched this 2019. it has 6 seasons (all of them are absolutly amazing to me) it was developed by Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg and Geoff johns based on the dc comic's character Barry Allen/ Flash.

I really like movies about superheroes or superpowers, and also I love the speed (maybe because I enjoy so much to run on the street with my bike) so flash, is the perfect mixture between drama, speed
and superpowers. the story sometimes is so shiny and sometimes is so dark (just as I like the life)

I like when in the movies or series you have the perfect proportion between plot, light, shadow, violence, peace, and action. everything in balance. I think only those works can really show how the real life is. also I really love when you see a movie or serie that makes you think about the life, like the serie "The hundred". in that serie you can see a relation between the spot and the real life but not in front of your eyes, I mean, you have to search the relation about political world, religion, among others and you can find a lot of conclusions in your mind about it, and sometimes change your point of view about many things.

so this is my top 5 of series/movies/documentals that can change your mind.
Wild country (you have to see this!!)

- the hundred
-Black mirror
- winter on fire
-The flash (my favorite).

post 3

Hello my friends.

today I'm going to write about something that is really interesting for me; My university, as some of you know, this month I will finish my bachelor's degree, and I have many things to say about the changes that needs the career and the faculty. along the years, I've been taking some classes that could be really good, if we have good teachers, the first example that comes to my mind is "Musician's formation"; this subject seems to teach you how to be a teacher, or how  you can teach to play your instrument to someone. but this is impossible to learn! because we have a teacher that doesn't know how to teach us!, also he has a lot of mental emptiness about the subject.

at the same time, there are some subjects that the university don't give us. continuous bass is a really important subject that every guitarist must to know, but we don't know why the university hasn't a teacher for it. but not everything is bad, we have some interesting and good classes, history of music, harmony, principal instrument, among others.

the building of the faculty is absolutly the worst university building that I ever seen before. its disgusting to be in some parts of the faculty, the elevator usually doesn't work, and we don't have the tecnology that we need.

that's it for today mates. so sorry if you are dissapointed of my perception of the university. it was the same for me when I began to study here. cheers.

Post 2

The best concert that I saw in my life was performed by Lorenzo Michelle in Wien, in the frame of "forum gitarre festival" at the same city. Lorenzo it's a very famous guitar performer from Italy, who won a lot of prizes in the most important competitions around the world. Also as an artist is famous for his musicality and versatility because he ays guitar, theorb, and lute.

At the beginning of the concert, I was very expectant because I've never hear him live, I had only watched him in videos.
when he played the very first note I could realize that he was what I thought, very beautiful sound and strong personality on the stage.  All was so quiet in the room, like an empty room, and he played without mistakes so there wasn't anything disturbing the music.

I really enjoyed that concert, I think it was the most perfect concert that I saw in my life, because I could felt the music and the message that each composer was trying to send trough him.

Post 1A

Hello classmates and teacher.
Today I'm going to talk about one of the most important places to visit to me; Austria, and specially klagenfurt, I know some thing about this place because I've been there two years ago for three days, and I really fall in love with the city, the lake, and specially with the university. Klagenfurt It's a city on the south of Austria, in the border with Slovenia and italy. The have a conservatory-university called Gustav Mahler, that is very nice, the building es really big, with a coffee shop inside. I would like to study a master program in that university, because the level of the musicians there es really good, and the city reminds me to the south of Chile where I'm from. Also is good for me because in the summer I could cross the border biking to Italy or Slovenia, so it's the perfect place for me!

Personal Information

I'm cristian Medina, I was born in Temuco, actually I'm studying musical interpretation in the University of Chile, my speciality is classical Guitar. I began with the guitar when I was 14 years old with Claudio Aguila. at 18 I began to study with the teacher Ernesto Quezada in the faculty. this year I'm finishing my bachelor.

after I finish my first degree, I want to continue with my studies but out of the country, specially in Austria, because there is a good teacher and a good university where I can to improve with the guitar and learn a new language, also for me is highly important to have the next academic degree, I want to finish my study process with a doctorate program in the United States.

along with my studies, my plan is to be part of the many festival as an artist invited and to be part of several competitions as a competitor, because is important to me to win experience and a good curriculum as a backup to my degree.

I went to some countries some years ago and I have plans to visit some other, I`ve been in Austria, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, and slovenia, for a little tour for one month and a half, giving three concerts, and participating in one competition. also I have the lucky to be invited to "guitarras del sur" festival in Paraguay, where I played a concert in Asunción.

Mi goal is to have the doctorate degree, doing classes in some universities as a resident teacher, and to be traveling through the world giving concerts at least twice for a semester.

Hello my dear friends and classmates, on this post I would like to explain a little bit more about my story. I was born in 1995 in Temuco, Chile, and i was living there until 2013. I love the south, but for to study my career I had to move to Santiago that year.  the most important knowledge that I learned in these years is to have an independent life, and to be far away to my family.

I studied my elementary school and high school at Escuela artística Armando Dufey Blanc, in Temuco, where I had my first close up to the music, specifically the guitar world. since that moment I felt the need to know more about that instrument and learn how to play. after my first year playing, I knew that that was that I wanted to dedicate my life.

in 2014 I move to santiago for the same reason. so I applied to University of Chile, in march of that year I began to Study Musical perfomance in this university.

About my family I can say that I have my parents that at present are living in Temuco, My father is a counter, and my mother is a housewife. I have a brother that a don't see since last year because  he's living in Sweden at present. last year he came for a week but I see him just three days, and before a didn't see him since 2017 because he was living in New Zealand. We have in common that we love the travels and move to different places, like restless minds, each opportunity that we have to go out, we take the chance, also we loved to swim together in summer, that was very funny for me and actually I didn't swim too much since he left the country.

I like to swim, meet people for different countries, learn a little about different languages, running and biking. but when I have too much to do, I use that time to study or priority things like work.

that's a little part of my life, and I hope you response about this.

cheers!
